I had a pleasant and short stay. Although there was a noise issue, the manager handled it personally and with great kindness. The breakfast was outstanding, especially the omelette prepared by a skilled chef (a girl) who served it right at my table. It was fascinating to witness the Front Office Manager and General Manager supervising the buffet breakfast.

Our experience at this hotel has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The level of service exceeded all expectations, and every staff member we encountered was genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming. When we arrived at the airport, the hotel’s driver was already waiting just outside, which meant no delays or confusion. He was incredibly polite, well-spoken, and made us feel comfortable and welcome from the moment we met him, a perfect first impression of the hotel. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, thanks to Asad and Husnian at the reception. They were professional, friendly, and made the whole process seamless and stress-free. Although we arrived at the hotel around 9:00 AM — well before the official 2:00 PM check-in time — Humma kindly arranged a room for us right away, so we didn’t have to wait. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference after our journey, and we’re truly grateful for her help. A special thank ti Zaineb and Mehtaab from housekeeping on the 8th floor, who were both exceptionally helpful and provided outstanding service . Overall, this has been a flawless experience. The warm hospitality, professionalism, and personal touches made us feel truly cared for. We’ll definitely be back — and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed there for around 2 weeks and it was beyond amazing. The entire was so helpful and attentive all the time. Security 24/7 and the reception (imran sir and usman sir) were both really helpful. Everything went smoothly so definitely recommend this to everyone. The apartments are clean and very spacious, you have everything you need in there. Even if there is something thats not there (like hairdryer) ask the reception and within 5 min you have one. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Its away from the city noise but still central enough to reach the tourist attraction within 20 min.

    The location of the hotel was very good but there is no basement parking in the hotel you have to park the car on main road that is not safe. The hotel floor carpet was smelly, washrooms needs urgent maintenance. Rooms were ok we have changes three rooms to find a good room. Some rooms have bad smell some have Air conditioner issues.
