The friendly staff assisted us with check-in. The accommodation quality was quite good, and the bedroom in particular was superb. The hot water worked well and all the appliances were excellent. We've stayed at several places in Jinja, but this was the best accommodation in terms of cleanliness and value for money. Our entire family was satisfied and we plan to use it again next time.

The apartment and everything in it is sparkling clean. The kitchen, bathroom, laundry, bedroom and living room facilities are all good quality, clean and organised. Susan and Joel are super hosts who did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed their board games, fruits, snacks and traditional food offers. The location is a walking distance from the town centre and the source of the the Nile. It's definitely the place to be while in Jinja.

What an incredible place to stay while visiting Jinja! Starting each morning on my room's terrace looking over Lake Victoria was a truly special way to start each day. Beautiful villa in a peaceful and secluded spot. We were greeted by Catherine who showed us around. The pool looked lovely but sadly because we had come to attend an Introduction we didn’t have enough time to use it. The villa was exceptionally clean with comfortable beds. It was a perfect stay at Jinja Grand Hotel, The staff are very friendly especially Amber Angel, she tryed to make us feel at home all the time and helping us when needed and Helen, for her care The room was good, shower was working fine and wifi is available, as well you have a safe parking inside the building I recommend this hotel if your planning to visit Jinja or your on their way and needs a rest

- The rooms are great, space is great and you don't feel confined. - Enough parking at premises, and secure 🔐 - The sight of the Nile at dawn.. - The staff are very friendly and super helpful at whatever time of the day, in the middle of the night, always available to assist. - Rooms are well equipped with kitchen amenities, if you prefer meals from outside.
