    Check in was quick and easy. Location was within a mile of my pickup location for a Yosemite tour. There is a Denny's in the parking lot next door for breakfast.

    We liked the location because it's in close proximity to Yosemite National Park. As 'Essential' brand in IHG group the hotel delivers basic products and services only. There is a large parking lot right in front of the hotel and it was free of charge. We had a coffee machine in our room for free.

    Quiet, clean, comfortable. The free included breakfast was great; choice of waffles, cereal, toast, boiled eggs and more. It was well organised, just what we needed for an early start. Free parking space next to the room.

    An exceptionally well appointed, comfortable and clean house with two separate bedrooms which was our priority for the trip, plus a very nice lounge area, laundry, excellent kitchen, garden, outside seating and private car parking.

    Nice enough hotel, met our expectations. Traveller note: there is an excellent parking lot, very near some of the rooms, at the top of the back of the hotel property. If parking easily is desired, (or if you have a truck) call the hotel directly and be sure to reserve one of the special rooms at the top of the back of the hotel. The top (backside) parking is excellent. Otherwise, the parking and stairs situation is typical for hotels.

    Nice clean rooms, enough free parking. Great bar and resaturant, breakfast was top. Pool and hot tub were a pleasure after a day of walking... Oakhurst is a very nice little town.
