Super friendly and helpful staff, the place is clean, the location was excellent. Variety of the breakfast was both Vietnamese and western, a bit on a limited side but you wouldn’t be bothered. The staff spoke English well and are extremely caring and enthusiastic. Recommend.

The location is amazing and not too loud at night, which is amazing for hanoi. Best hotel in my trip. Super polite and pleasant staff, the girl at the front desk is a miracle. The cleaning was commendable, everything was so clean. In the lobby you are greeted with juice and fruits. The hotel is located in the old town, a bit walkable - everything is within reach, shops, transport, main street. The hotel itself is new, neat, very pleasant to stay there. In my opinion, the price is even too low compared to what you get: service, quality, amenities. I recommend you visit, you won't regret it
