I stayed at the Peninsula Worth Hotel for 3 nights, and everything was absolutely over the top. The rooms were spotless, the staff were incredibly kind and professional, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Prophet’s Mosque. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah

The hotel was very clean and had a very nice smell when coming in, with a brand new model design to it, the hotel staff was very friendly and when I needed assistance regarding a last minute taxi to Jeddah to catch my flight the manager was super helpful.

We got a call as soon as we entered the hotel asking if we needed anything. We got calls or someone approach us from the staff every time asking if we were comfortable or needed anything else. This is the first time we have witnessed customer service like this in such a busy location. I will surely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family for any future visits.
