Nestled between the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf, a lush golf course, and the majestic Hajar mountains, Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah is the ultimate holiday destination for families and couples... Great experience, amamzing staff and all very helpful. KIAN at the reception was very helpful and welcoming throught our visit. MANOJ in cleaning was amazing. TYSON in the water activity section was great. MOMEN in the restaurant/ buffet section both at dinner and next day in breakfast was also super friendly and very helpful. KC and JUNAID at the pool were super friendly and helpful and always smiling.. In general such amazing and well trained and well managed staff who offer great service to guests. Would definitely come back again and again. I also got a nice Birthday cake from the hotel which was a very nice gesture of them.

Nestled within the vast expanse of the Al Wadi Nature Reserve, The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert is a serene sanctuary where timeless Arabian heritage is seamlessly woven with refined... The villa was very beautiful. The view on the desert was amazing. Especially during sunset and at night. It was very calm. The butler Charith was extremely professional and helpful. He welcomed us with warmth and great energy. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything is set up for our special occasion. Charith was also available to help us with all our requests in no time! My fiancee needed nail polish, but it was not available in the hotel. Charith the superstar had a solution, sent a taxi buy it from a mall that was 25mins from the hotel. This is what we call great professionalism and amazing sense of hospitality. Another one was when we were having dinner and his shift was ending around 10pm. We needed the bone fire to be lit up in the villa at around 11:30pm to enjoy the beautiful night in the desert. He made sure ti make it happen, and asked someone to be ready to do it when we come back. (He even brought us marshmallows!!) Wow what an experience, and Charith made it even more special and memorable. Thank you Charith and Kudos to you if you are reading this review!

Very clean hotel, staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, everyone with no exception. Special thanks to Faisal the receptionist (not sure if the name is right) , and the chef and his food. Enjoyed our calm weekend and I'll will 100% be going back.

Located on a private stretch of white sandy beach in Al Jazirah Al Hamra, The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach boasts 32 private villas facing the sea, all with their own pool. The stay was more than wonderful. We truly enjoyed it— all the services were excellent and readily available. All the staff were fully prepared to meet our needs. We would like to especially thank: Sandeep, Soufiane, and the restaurant manager Joel Clark. We will definitely repeat this experience.
