Renato couldn't have been more helpful with regards to parking, giving us suggestions as to how to plan our time in Shkoder and his suggestion for restaurant Fisi was possibly the best meal we had in Albania.

I had made a mistake and booked a room with 2 single beds, but the lady at the front desk helped me out and arranged a different room with 1 large bed for the night. Huge tasty breakfast was included. Parking under the hotel, great location, great staff, great interior..... met all my expectations. I would stay again, for sure!

Everything was there we needed - towels, toilet paper, soap. The location is great, near many restaurants and markets. The breakfast was amazing - coffee, milk, tea, ham, eggs, jam, honey, burek and croissants.
