Rogers Arena is 10 minutes’ walk from this Vancouver hotel. I booked a room but was upgraded to a suite and after 4 nights on the train from Toronto it was a wonderful surprise. The bed was comfy and the room peaceful and I had a good night's sleep. Everyone was very helpful and informative. The facilities were excellent It was possible to walk to the Waterfront and central for sightseeing and only a short taxi from the station. I ate lunch and the food and service were very good. My burger was cooked medium rare just as I like it. I didn't have breakfast as I was leaving early for the train. I would definitely go back when next in Vancouver with or without an upgrade. I was disappointed I didn't have time to check out the pool and sauna.

The Oswego Hotel is located on a quiet street a few minutes walk from Victoria’s parliament buildings and historic harbour. Our facilities include secure underground parking, an on-site restaurant, fitness facilities, and a quiet outdoor zen garden. It was vey lovely and very close to downtown. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean we asked them to give us a room on higher floor and they did it without giving us a hard time.
