Hotel X Toronto, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel features waterfront and city skyline views. From the moment we arrived, everything at Hotel X Toronto was excellent. Ben warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made a great first impression. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was reasonably priced with great service. The rooftop pool was a highlight, clean, well-organized, and offering a beautiful view of the CN Tower. At Roses Social, Star and Maria were fantastic, friendly, engaging, and made us feel truly welcomed. Star added a special touch that made the experience even more memorable. A big thank you to Dragan, the manager, who was professional, kind, and gave us great local tips for sightseeing. Only small note: the valet staff could be more warm and welcoming to match the rest of the team. Overall, an outstanding experience. Hotel X fully deserves a 5-star rating, we can’t wait to return!

I truly had a super pleasant and peaceful stay at this place, which actually made me want to extend my time there hahaha. Ovie and his family are very calm and never caused any disturbance with noise. I was warmly welcomed by Ovie, who helped me with my luggage and was incredibly kind the entire time. The basement literally has everything you need to live comfortably it’s extremely clean, the bed is comfortable, and overall it’s such a cozy place to stay. I could easily live there for months. The service was truly exceptional - Mary went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. We absolutely loved the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout our stay. The room was incredibly comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. Everything was impeccable. The location couldn't be better - close to key attractions, restaurants, and easy transport options. We'll definitely be coming back!

Excellent, no-nonsense communication with the hosts.
