The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, joined us for drinks at the golf club in walking distance, and served a great breakfast with interesting conversation. Of course the star of the show is Nico, the thoughtful dog who inspired the accomodation name, a friendly good boy ready to welcome all guests.

Not only does he run the Harbourside Inn, but he is also an outstanding chef! He contacted us a few days before arrival to offer a dinner option since there would not be many other choices open at our arrival. We ordered the fish n chips dinner and it was delicious. What a welcome to our first time in Newfoundland. The breakfast was also super - and he offered a few different breakfast options, which is always a plus. The house is historical and it has been beautifully restored. Our room was clean and spacious, the bed was really comfortable, and the shower had great pressure and water temperature. We only stayed one night, but it was a perfect stop on our holiday. Brad grew up in the area and is very knowledgable about it. Thank you so much!

Location was great, facilities more than adequate. Staff really helpful and the store had some really cool souvenirs in it.
