So actually it is pretty good! cause it was closer to Point Peele. Ultimately, everything was super close because it was a little town. We were so happy to have the whole place for us with a good AC cause was a very hot couple of days! The place also counts with a gas outdoor grill, and a well-equipped kitchen and cookware. Also, there was cable TV, wifi and the bathroom had a body soap bar, hair dryer, liquid hand soap, towels, and even toothpaste. I think the check-in time starts at 3 pm, but upon confirmation with the Host, he had no problem welcoming us earlier at noon 12pm, so once we arrived, he welcomed us, gave us a pair of keys, showed us around and we could use the bathroom and leave our stuff and luggage in the living room area while he finished cleaning. Richard, is a super attentive and kind host! We were really happy and definitely will come back!

The motel is located in the center of Leamington, and the rooms have everything you need. Everything is ideal for the price.
