Great apartment for our family, spacious, clean and everything so well explained. The parking spot reserved for the apartment was a plus. Communications with the owner were effective and useful. The place was neat and very clean. There is a convenience store just 3 min away. We enjoyed the walk to the shore line, but it was about a 20 min hike.

We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and both were of the highest quality we experienced in Northern Italy. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to enjoy Italian hospitality in an area of spectacular natural beauty. Grazie mille!

The decor is tasteful , the location is unbeatable, and the views are simply breathtaking. One of the highlights was being able to walk just a few steps down and dive straight into the lake. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented But what made our stay truly special was Carmen. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!

A place for the car. Very big and very cosy. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms and bathroom were fantastic. The near forrest makes the air so fresh. The lake was very near. And also the town Port Ceresia was so lovely. The owner is so polite and lovely, she even made us a present with delicases from the bakery when we left. Recommend it a lot with both hands

I have no negative things to say about the apartment. Everything was perfect from the apartment itself to the view of the lake and the location that was 3 walking minutes away from the train station and about 15 walking minutes to the center of Lugano. Free parking was available. Every small and big details were thought of and provided for us. I’ll certainly come back again.
