The manager Arne is extremely friendly, helpful and can’t do enough for you. We arrived earlier than expected and our room was not ready so he made us feel very welcome with complimentary coffees and teas. He gave us advice on places to visit and a personal tour of the shop and it should have been his day off. Sven looked after us every morning for Breakfast, which was always freshly made according to our order and we got to hear some interesting stories from him. Overall an amazing base to explore the Zurich area and if we could rate Arne, his team and the hotel any higher we would. Thank you for looking after us and making our stay so comfortable.

The Strand hotel in Schmerikon is situated in a fantastic location directly on Lake Zurich. The accommodation has its own small beach, which is reserved for hotel guests only. Location was perfect, breakfast was amazing, restaurant was outstanding.

The hosts, Charlotte and Tibor, met us on arrival and were available to answer any questions. We could tell they took great pride in the property and wanted us to have a pleasant stay. The location was beautiful and close to the family we were visiting. We will likely return when we visit Zurich again.

Very spacious place with beautiful arrangement, truly comfortable for four people, but surely can accommodate more because it has three big separate bedrooms. The photos are real but the reality is better!

Elegante Unterkunft in Stadtnähe nằm ở Adliswil, cách Núi Uetliberg 5.4 km, Bảo tàng Museum Rietberg 6.2 km và Nhà thờ Fraumünster 7.3 km. From the moment the reservation was made, Steph was very friendly and kind. He was always in touch and answered me all the questions I had prior my trip and then when I got to Switzerland and also when I got to the apartment. I walked from the train station (it is a long walk if you are not used it or if you have luggage) to the apartment. It was a very nice uphill walk with great views and nice cafés around. Steph also was in touch during my stay and it was always available to answer questions. Check out was smooth, all easy. The apartment is a 5 Star apartment, completely clean with all that you need for your stay. An ALDI is 1 minute away from the apartment and that is a very good thing to know! Overall it was a fantastic choice.

Everything is well labelled. There was coffee, tea, fruit, and a little bit of food available for us. You can tell the studio was constructed with quality in mind. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is large. There is a grocery store and a pizzeria a 2 minute walk down the street from the studio, which we took advantage of. The balcony was lovely to sit out on. Even if it’s chilly Lisa has blankets in the wardrobe for you!

The property is spacious and characterful with many quirky and arty features together with many interesting books and information about the area . The property is well kitted out for home cooking with basic food supplies and equipment and extras like fondue set , bbq with wood etc . We were with our 2 grandchildren aged 7 and 9 who delighted in playing in the spacious fields , collecting eggs from the owners farm and visiting the sheep , horses and other animals . They were able to visit the hay loft and were able to use footballs , badminton racquets etc . The property is well connected by bus and train to Zürich city and is 5 minutes away from a fantastic swimming lake called Turlersee with paddleboarding , playground and family restaurant . The nearby Wildnispark is also brilliant for families with many animals in a beautiful natural setting . The owners are kind and thoughtful and considerate of children and did everything they could to make our holiday enjoyable . We were here for the Women’s football Euros and all its frenetic activity and the farmhouse provided a peaceful haven between games. Wine was left by the owners to purchase at a very reasonable price.
