Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. We stayed at Hotel Balm for 4 nights with our two kids. We loved the breakfast and walking area around the hotel with the small zoo. The bus stop is literally in front of the reception, and we could use the transportation for free. Great place to stay when visiting Luzerne.

The room was very comfortable, much more comfortable than in other hotels in Switzerland , coffee machine that can also make tea , impressive mini bar, good quality toiletries, great breakfast, I can go on and on, it is absolutely worth its money.
