It’s very romantic and beautiful. The crew is very kind, the dishes were delicious. Rooms were very clean and well isolated as for such an old house. Such a fantastic hotel! We arrived by car and were able to park right outside the front door. Immediately a young man came out to help us with our luggage. As you enter the huge lobby you can see the amazing views. Carolina on reception was so welcoming and charming. Lovely room with a balcony, incredible views and a machine providing filtered water. Fabulous breakfast, again with great views! Perfect location, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Located near the centre of Osorno and overlooking the city, this hotel offers accommodation with modern amenities, a gym and free WiFi access. Rooms at Sonesta Hotel Osorno feature a luxury décor. Due to airline flight reschedule, we arrived later than expected -- this was not an issue, as my reservation was still in place. Our room was very large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, with so many choices of what to eat as well as healthy eating choices. And when I asked for "cream" for my tea, I was given the real thing, not whole milk or half-and-half -- and they remembered this every subsequent morning!!! Such a wonderful consideration! The Manager came to our (Raquel) table, introduced herself and was always present as we were coming and going for our visits with our friends. The cleaning staff was a great help, especially with the repositioning of the shower head and how to reset the thermostat. This was also followed up almost immediately from what we assumed to be the floor manager to be certain that we were comfortable. My friend and I are "mobility impaired" and it was a very, very pleasant surprise to have such close personal attention paid to our needs., even at checkout. We have never had such positive personal attention paid to us at any hotel we have stayed in the past 15+ years. And the price quoted was the actual cost for our stay -- AMAZING! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Big room with an absolutely huge and very comfortable bed in a great area. Spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast featuring a huge plate of fruit every day. Karen, the host, was extremely helpful and gave us lots of information on how to get around. We really enjoyed it here

Great apartment where i stayed with my bicycle before starting my Patagonia cycling adventure. The man that works at the apartments was very helpful, recommending places to go to shop and eat. There are convenience stores right outside the apartment and a good restaurant down the hill a 5 min walk away. I would recommend staying here.
