One lady at reception helped us book a visit to an alpaca farm. She found the contacts and arranged a next-day visit for us. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but we're super grateful for her help :) • Amazing breakfast. I recommend trying everything you can order from the menu. Also, my wife is allergic to gluten so it's nice that they had gluten-free bread.

Very comfortable, light and bright apartment, in a green part of town. Very close to shops, restaurants, laundry service and metro, al within 5-15 min. walk. Very friendly and helpful staff, great housekeeping. Kitchen has everything you need. We had a lovely stay !

A lagoon-style swimming pool with a waterfall and a garden is offered at Mandarin Oriental, Santiago. Free parking is available. The hotel has an incredible staff - without exception, everyone was pleasant, helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, assisted and valued. However, a special shout-out goes to each of Gustavo and Patrick at the front door, to Kimberly on the front desk, and to Diego in the Club Room, all of whose services were personally appreciated by us. This hotel is the perfect place to relax after a long flight to Chile or to wrap up a vacation there. Absolutely the best!

The decor, everything in working order, cleanliness, delicious breakfast and dinner. Loved the wallpaper in the room and in the elevator. Loved the sculptures, dog aprons on wait staff.
