Friendly and helpful staff, the bed and pillows were superb - my best sleep ever after two weeks of travelling. The facilities were also very modern (loved the Lauren hair dryer) and the free supper at night was a nice touch. Some nice souvenirs (Shanghai snow cream, white rabbit candy, body lotion) handed to me upon check out.
