Despite a mini hiccup upon arrival, everything was handled quickly and to my expectations. Incredibly kind and dedicated staff, from reception to restaurant service. With a special plus for John and Walter who were more than fantastic. The staff is definitely attentive to your needs and will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Superb hotel. Impeccable cleanliness, the bed is comfortable, very nice room, hot water, almost silent air conditioning and the rooms are well insulated. The breakfast is superb, it has everything and more. The location is super beautiful, surrounded by trees and waterfalls. A good walk on the other hand to get to restaurants and where there is action. But everything is done well with a taxi in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel. It was perfect. Thank you for everything Leterra Hotel.

However the personel really make this place special. So here goes.... Thanks to David and Manuel for recieving us. German even with his throat condition a pleasure to interact with as it was with Jean quite dynamic and proactive all of them. Not forgetting the security Richard, Edison and Duvin for protecting us and who at all times were gentlemen going beyond the call of duty to secure our transport. I highly recommend staying here and will again. It felt sad to leave.
