We liked it so much that we didn't leave the accommodation during our short stay. We stayed in the glamping and everything was perfect. It's huge, it was spotless and you have everything you need. They serve you breakfast right there and it is very complete. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. The staff are very friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

This is without question one of the most impressive hotels/apartahotels that you will encounter. I've done a multitude of traveling over the past 38 years and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. First and foremost, the owner/management and staff (Erica and Beatriz) are exceptional. Paula deserves 7 stars in a 5 star rating. Super attentive, personable, and committed to ensuring your stay is the most comfortable and accommodating. The prices (depending on the apartment chosen) are very affordable and reasonable. The security at the facility is unmatched; I've never seen anything like it. The common areas and apartments are all uniquely (impressively) decorated, exceptionally clean, comfortable and cozy. The Wi-Fi was super strong and fast. The location is great, in a very quiet, peaceful area, with plenty of easy/convenient public transportation options accessible. There are a couple of supermarkets within easy walking distance from the hotel and if walking is something you like or prefer, you can walk to the downtown/central part of the city and the largest, most popular mall in 25 or 30 minutes of casual walking. If you are in need of a place to stay in Manizales, do not look any further or consider any place other than this hotel.

We came to Manizales primarily for the stay in this Hacienda, and it did not disappoint in any way. The restaurant overlooks a beautiful view of the mountains, offers an excellent selection of local dishes, and includes impeccable service and hospitality. The location itself is absolutely gorgeous. It has a jacuzzi with a gorgeous view, friendly and hospitable service members, and overall an excellent, hospitable atmosphere. It was incredibly worth it to come, and I recommend to anyone looking to have a beautiful experience.
