Good sized room. I walked from bus station within about 15 minutes, just not so easy with wheeled bag on the ancient cobblestones. Walked to train station which was easier with wheeled bag but is uphill and took about 25mins. All very doable.Highly recommend this accommodation,

The family-run Hotel U Kaplicky is a 10-minute walk from the Old Bridge in the historic royal town of Pisek. All rooms are en-suite and they come with wooden furniture and work desks. This hotel was really, really nice. It was clean, spacious, and the breakfast was very good. Natalie in the reception was very kind and helpful. She recommended restaurants and a place where we could go for a swim🙂 Would definitely come back, and I would, without a doubt, recommend this hotel to others.

A very good spread and with eggs made to order. Very good stuff! Lukas was most helpful and great at sharing insights about the place. Also warned us about tourist traps..
