Good sized room. I walked from bus station within about 15 minutes, just not so easy with wheeled bag on the ancient cobblestones. Walked to train station which was easier with wheeled bag but is uphill and took about 25mins. All very doable.Highly recommend this accommodation,

The town is really nice, quite impressive for a small town. The hotel has an excellent location. The staff was friendly, the room was beautiful, modern and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I strongly recommend the location.

The family-run Hotel U Kaplicky is a 10-minute walk from the Old Bridge in the historic royal town of Pisek. All rooms are en-suite and they come with wooden furniture and work desks. Really a suprising quality for a small Czech Town. Very nice new rooms, excellent kitchen from local sourcing, nice restaurant. We will definately come back.
