Just 500 metres from Berlin Main Station, this stylish hotel offers a garden, free WiFi and rooms and apartments with a balcony. The Reichstag Parliament building is 2 km away. The breakfast had lots of choices and was high quality. I had so much fruit. I loved the quiet, calm, beautiful courtyard. I miss my pets terribly, so it was pleasant to have some to chat with. The room made me feel like a queen with the old beautiful furniture, richly framed mirrors, and interesting wallpaper designs. I had large windows, long curtains, and very high ceilings.

The rooms are stylish, super clean, and surprisingly spacious, the bed was very comfy. We had the courtyard room which was ideal. It’s in a quiet spot but still close to everything, making it perfect for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. If you want a comfy, hassle-free stay in Mitte, this place is a winner!

The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin is located in the heart of the city at Potsdamer Platz, neighboring Berlin’s largest inner city park “Tiergarten” and situated just a 7 minute walk to Brandenburg Gate. Martin at the Reception was nice and patient, he has done beyond his duties to even take over concierge role as he provided us with good info about the city. Sylvia at Breakfast, though looks daunting, is actually very friendly and even ensure that we get the recipe for the nice tomato paste. Vivien at the restaurant, sincerely wish for us to have good food in the city and had even recommended us a good Italian restaurant outside the hotel.

This Berlin Mitte hotel offers renovated rooms and venue spaces. It features a gym and is a 10-minute walk from Checkpoint Charlie or Gendarmenmarkt. The location, staff, rooms, breakfast were superb. Felt very safe there. The traffic and construction works outside did not bother us at all - it was quiet inside
