From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized and the hospitality was outstanding. I would like to give special thanks and deep appreciation to Mr. Ahmed Afifi from Guest Relations, who truly made our stay exceptional. His personal attention, care, and professionalism went above and beyond. He ensured that every detail was taken care of and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Everything about the hotel was excellent: • The food was delicious and varied • The cleanliness was top-notch • The activities for both kids and adults were fantastic • The overall atmosphere was luxurious and relaxing Huge thanks to the entire staff, especially Mr. Ahmed Afifi, for making our stay so special. El Charmillion Club Aquapark se encuentra en la zona de Nabq de Sharm el Sheij, a 1 km de la playa. Another amazing stay 🤩 The staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. Huge thanks to the reception team for their kindness and hospitality. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping the rooms clean, and the guys at the bar were super friendly and professional. I’d especially like to thank "Muhamd Bebo" at the reception for going above and beyond to meet all our requests throughout our stay. The place is absolutely lovely and relaxing — this wasn’t my first time here, and it definitely won’t be the last!

I really liked the idea of benefiting from activities and restaurants in both hotels, and the staff`s courteous behavior is very helpful with anything you request. Especially the receptionist Mr. Mina, was extremely respectful and cooperative. In the main restaurant, The Palm, I would like to thank Chef Hamada Abdullah.
