The kitchen is well equipped and everything we need is there. The bed and pillows are comfortable. WiFi is excellent! It's a walking distance to a Lidl store which was great. The secured free parking is a plus.

We traveled in winter, stayed for one night to explore Paris. It is modern and spacious acommodation, including sauna and playing area in the basement. You can actualy see the Eifel tower from bedroom windows, so it is incredible. Bed in the bedroom was super comfortable and big. Host was very kind. Easy to communicate. We ordered breakfast to appeatment and it was good decision. Good clean area of Paris to stay :)

The place is a restoration of love, with original features and a modern twist. The host was super helpful, friendly and accommodating; he was just a perfect host. The shower is great and the bed is super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious; the fig jam was out of this world! We stayed here on our way along the Avenue Verte and would recommend it to anyone doing the route.
