We stayed in the King bedroom which was spacious, beautifully furnished, incredibly quiet and had an excellent shower in the en-suite. Debbie - the host - couldn’t have done more for us. She gave us a lovely welcome and we sat down with a cup of tea to chat about breakfast and anything we needed to know about the gorgeous little town of Uppingham. We’d booked a table at The Lake Isle restaurant and had a very good meal there. Breakfast at The Hollies was like everything else about it - excellent. Ranging from homemade granola, fruit and yoghurt to a delicious (my husband testified) full English! I don’t eat meat and was offered smoked salmon, eggs, etc. It was one of the best B & B’s we have ever stayed in (and we have experienced many)! Thank you Debbie for a very lovely stay!
