Absolutely the best experience we had! Room was middle size, everything was clean, lamps had usb slots, room had coffee machine and a kettle with instructions how to use. It was a great stay, every effort was taken to make the stay comfortable and pleasant, and even a doggy had some cuddles and attention :)

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious and great value for money. The ale pie was fantastic. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was a brilliant start to the day. Would definitely visit again if I was in the area.

The Hollies is a beautiful house full of character, beautifully decorated with fabulous (in our view) art, a lovely sitting area downstairs and the two guest bedrooms at the top of the house. We stayed in the King bedroom which was spacious, beautifully furnished, incredibly quiet and had an excellent shower in the en-suite. Debbie - the host - couldn’t have done more for us. She gave us a lovely welcome and we sat down with a cup of tea to chat about breakfast and anything we needed to know about the gorgeous little town of Uppingham. We’d booked a table at The Lake Isle restaurant and had a very good meal there. Breakfast at The Hollies was like everything else about it - excellent. Ranging from homemade granola, fruit and yoghurt to a delicious (my husband testified) full English! I don’t eat meat and was offered smoked salmon, eggs, etc. It was one of the best B & B’s we have ever stayed in (and we have experienced many)! Thank you Debbie for a very lovely stay!

Rutland Water Courtyard Rooms are located on Rutland Water Golf Course. A restaurant, an on-site bar and free WiFi is available. Free private parking is available on site. Lovely stay. Spotlessly clean. Peaceful. Super hot water and great bath & shower. Breakfast fab. Thankyou.

Stylish and comfortable accomodation - excellent vibe. Good internet - hot water on demand and well regulated heating. Selected provisions available on arrival - Thanks for the banana bread Victoria. This was by far the best accomodation we stayed at on our trip to the UK.
