On our arrival, we were welcomed by the host, who showed us around our accommodation which is really nice, by the way, with up to date mods and cons such as universal plug sockets, air con, good quality wifi, immaculate bathroom facilties and lots more). The beds were comfortable, and all of us slept well. Hilsbourough town is within walking distance and boasts beautiful views of the sea and access to places to eat. The shops/businesses in the town are open until around 4 pm. There is a local shop within 2 mins walk from Iholas Nest that is open until around 7 pm for your essentials such as tea, coffee, bread, cheese, milk, tinned mackrel, etc. Carriacou is such a beautiful island, and the people are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Iholas Nest, and we will definitely be returning back to this hidden gem again in the near future.

The location was within walking distance of the bus terminal. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The place was ideally suited for my needs.

Alexander's Apartment ligger i Carriacou, 4 minutters gang fra Tyrell Bay Beach og 2,7 km fra Paradise Beach. Her er gratis wi-fi, aircondition, en have og en terrasse. Breakfast wasn't provided however there are local spots very close by that offer breakfast so it wasn't an inconvenience. Tyrell Bay is a stone's throw away from the port. The area offers many bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It is a very convenient area to stay. Everything was exceptional. From the reservation to the speedy response to messages, Mr. & Mrs. Alexander provided excellent service. They were also able to recommend/provide a rental vehicle. Due to the catastrophic hurricane Beryl in 2024, the island suffered massive damage to a large percentage of homes, companies & utilities. Despite this life changing event, the accommodation was clean and well organized. I highly recommend Alexander's apartments and will surely stay here in the future.
