The best host in the world (Yannis) met us from the port and drove us (1 minute around the corner) to the property. Property was soo unique and amazing. Private hot tub on the terrace. The bathroom was beautiful. Location to port, shops and a few restaurants, vehicle hire and stony beach was perfect. Yannis very kindly took us on a guided tour of the island and was always available to help us out whenever we needed something. The man is a legend.

Efthalia was so kind, helping me with transport to the beach and ferry, bringing treats for breakfast, in general… I loved my room, #1, on the end where I could stare out to sea to Santorini and beyond, or up into the rugged mountains where donkeys stared back. Anatoli is not far from Agali and the boat to lovely Aghios Nikolaos beach and near a number of tavernas. It’s right next to the fascinating Folklore Museum. A magical place…

The view from our room was incredible, with a balcony that overlooked all of Folegandros and the sea – truly breathtaking. The hotel room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and just overall fantastic. The hosts were phenomenal. They served us delicious breakfast every day with the best food and coffee, and were always kind and helpful with anything we needed. They even picked us up from the port and drove us back when we needed to leave, making our trip seamless and stress-free. The location is perfect, just a two-minute walk to Hora, which was incredibly convenient. This is by far the best place to stay in Folegandros, and I loved every moment of it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the island. We can't wait to come back!

Upon arriving at the port, we were warmly greeted by the complimentary hotel shuttle and driven to the property. At the hotel, we were welcomed with great hospitality by the manager. We stayed in Room No. 7, which had a stunning view of the sea from our private terrace. The hotel is built in the traditional Cycladic style and consists of several houses, which allowed for a sense of privacy that we truly appreciated. Everything was impeccably clean, with daily room service. Breakfast was lovingly prepared and served, including eggs, jam, yogurt with fruit, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The entire team was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and focused on guest satisfaction. We felt very comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. We will come back again!

Built on a rocky hillside, Blue Sand Hotel in Folegandros is just 15 metres from Agali Beach. Featuring the traditional Cycladic architecture, it offers units with Aegean Sea view and free Wi-Fi throughout. The location is insane, right about the beach and there is a large terrace you can sit on and relax. There are tavernas and beach about a 3min walk down so very convenient. The hotel gives you umbrellas and chairs for the beach. The room was very comfortable, bathroom was great, and the toiletries they supplied were lovely. The breakfast in the morning is insane- so much food that you get to choose and everything was delicious. They will pick up up from the port and communicated very well. We met many other friendly guests there who had stayed there before and were returning.
