A gem of a hotel in a great location, walking distance to the Palace & the Pasar right next door is not to be missed. The hotel is superbly appointed - very comfortable with beautiful art & facilities. We could have stayed longer.

The hotel is extremely well run, only 10min walk from Borobudur temple complex. the food was high end, delicious and abundant. Vegetarian and vegan options exist and the staff is well trained in navigating this.

The hosts (Jawe and Tata) were very welcoming and attentive to any needs. The place has a very relaxing atmosphere and is ideal to chill out with a pleasant lounge and terrace right on the water front (don't fall in😎). Easy to walk around town and to nearby beaches. We are in our 60's and had 2 days at different beaches and saw large monkeys in the wild - would not have seen them on a motorcycle! Tata makes a beautifully presented and tasty breakfast each day - all different. Tea and coffee available. I would say due to staff, location and vibe this is the place to stay. Highly recommend. I’ve travelled all over the world, and this was one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. I can’t recommend it enough. The entire staff knew me by name (they even found out it was my birthday and sang for me and made a special birthday treat for me), everything was located onsite (yoga, massage, even a snorkeling tour that pulled right up to the pier), and the place was just gorgeous. Incredibly kind and generous people. You should book without hesitation
