The atmosphere at the hostel was warm and welcoming, thanks to the incredibly friendly staff. They were always ready to help and made us feel at home. We also booked their Bromo tour, which was well organized and a great experience. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed it. A perfect place to stay highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at Good Feeling the staff were super friendly, and the hostel had a great vibe. The Ijen Crater tour was incredible, with stunning views and a well organized trip. Highly recommend it!

ZZZ Ijen Hostel ligger i Banyuwangi, 15 km fra Watu Dodol, og har en have, en terrasse og gratis privat parkering. I loved basically everything about this property! Great location, very clean, comfy room with aircon, well priced, extremely friendly and helpful staff. You can buy food/snacks for a reasonable price and they have free coffee and tea as well as hot and cold filtered water. Has a nice little balcony where you can watch the rain. Not incredibly social, but it’s also off season so I can’t imagine there would be anywhere more social in the area to be honest. Was clear about the fact that the blue fire at Ijen would not be available the days we were there and the staff was not pushy at all about buying tours, just very helpful. Honestly one of the best price to experience ratios I’ve ever gotten at a hostel, and the perfect place to chill or prepare for a hike. Also one of the cutest cats I’ve ever seen if my life lives here, she is friendly and very funny.

I was looking for accommodation at the last minute and luckily they had a room available. I was even able to check in in the morning, which I really appreciated. Annas took care of me throughout my stay and he was really helpful and friendly. He speaks excellent English, so I was able to ask him about interesting things to see in Malang and Indonesia in general. I definitely recommend this accommodation😊

Property, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were super clean. Bed and AC were comfortable. We booked the Ijen tour with the host Johan and had a great experience. Price seemed fair. We got helpful recommendations from Johan's nephew for local spots. Johan offers other tours we wished we could have taken advantage of (but we had to move on to our next destination). We'd stay here again!

Maison Manendra - Bromo ligger i Gubukklakah, 22 km fra Bromo-bjerget, og har en have, en terrasse og gratis privat parkering. Pensionatet har gratis wi-fi og ligger ca. Maison Manendra is not only a hotel/guesthouse but a whole concept. The rooms are big and comfortable with an ensuite bathroom with a warm water shower. The food is good and portions are generous. You mostly eat at a big table with other guests but if you don't like it you are not forced to socialize. After dinner, Rani and Oussama ask what you are planning to do the next day. If you are planning to do the Bromo walking tour and other guests like to join, you share a car (and the cost of it)... or not if you prefer to go alone. We had the chance to share cars for the Bromo walking tour and for the Tumpak Sewu waterfall and could cut the cost and have a good time with fellow travellers. Rani and Oussama offer solutions for most of your travelling problems: transportation to Maison Manendra from Malang, Bromo Tour without other people around you, tour to Tumpak Sewu with a fantastic guide, taxi to Surabaya... and many more. Rani and Oussama travel a lot in and out of Indonesia and are well aware of what you need during your Java trip. If you are looking for luxury, it is not the place for you. As for myself, I got far more than I expected. Merci Rani et Oussama, c'était absolument super!

Indah Damai Cottages ligger 34 km fra Bromo Tengger Semeru Nationalpark og tilbyder indkvartering med en have, et privat strandområde og en døgnåben reception. Der er gratis wi-fi overalt. Really nice and helpful staff. Nice view to the Volcano. Cute little cottages. Simple but totally clean and nice Equipment for a stay there. Good fresh cooked breakfast.
