We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Chancery. We were surpised by how quiet it is, given the central location. The breakfast buffet also exceeded our expectations. Mount Juliet Estate is set in 500 acres of Irish Countryside. The historic estate is located in Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny and dates back to 1757. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I was with my Mother as a treat, staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. we ate dinner at the hound restaurant, food was fantastic. Room was clean and comfortable, even though we were close to the lobby it wasn’t noisy.

The room was lovely and big, bathroom was huge, down a few steps but no problem to us. We had asked for a room with a bath and they had no problem doing this. 3 of us in 1 room but they had 3 of everything. Breakfast was perfect and a really good selection. Staff were so nice.
