He lent us access (we arrived late) and everything we needed, and he also informed us of a music festival that was in town that day. Our experience was very good.

I also appreciated the fact that although breakfast doesn't start until 8.30am, there was no problem with me having breakfast starting at 8.15 as I had to make a 9am conference in Athlone Community College about 10 minutes drive away. The owners were extremely accommodating, helpful with restaurant choices to eat in on the night of my arrival and very friendly.
