Built in 1903, the iconic Taj Mahal Palace stands majestically opposite the Gateway of India, overlooking the Arabian Sea. The breakfast is so yummy. You must try to eat in the sea lounge. It will take you back in time with the beautiful furniture. The staff are amazing from the minute you enter the hotel till you leave. They are very helpful and friendly. Especially Ratika. Also, if you’re visiting, you must make time for the Heritage tour with Mr. Adel, he will tell you all about the Taj history and will take you back in time and tell you how everything started.

I recently stayed at the ICONIQA Hotel on a trip to Mumbai, simply because I wanted a change from my regular hotel. It turned out to be the best decision ever! The hotel is located just a stone’s throw away from the airport, making it extremely convenient to reach in just a few minutes. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was welcomed with genuine warmth, a friendly smile, and a soothing aroma that set the tone for my stay. Check-in was effortless and cheerful, and I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Superior Suite. The suite was spacious, tastefully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The complimentary minibar was the cherry on top! I dined at the hotel for three meals, and each one was outstanding. The breakfast selection was especially impressive — creative, varied, and beautifully presented. It was refreshing to see something different from the usual hotel fare. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting Shibani, the General Manager, and Neha, the Learning & Development Manager. Their passion for hospitality was evident in every interaction and reflected in the overall warmth of the staff.
