My partner is pregnant, so we had very high standards for cleanliness, comfort, and overall care during our trip, and this hotel absolutely delivered. The room was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped, making it a perfect, cozy space for us to relax. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch, which gave us so much peace of mind. It’s also worth noting that this is a relatively NEW property, having opened just a few months ago, but they’ve already got everything running beautifully. We loved everything about our stay. The pool area was lovely, and the food was incredible! delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety. One great bonus was the free shuttle service to the beaches, which made it so easy to get out and explore without any hassle. The best feature, though, was the amazing staff. Every person we interacted with—whether at the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, or spa—was kind, attentive, and truly focused on making our stay as comfortable as possible. They really went above and beyond to make sure we felt cared for, which we appreciated even more during such an important time in our lives. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Goa, I can’t recommend Cloud9 Sarovar Premiere Hotel enough!

All rooms and bungalows are arranged in a beautiful garden area with lots of plants. We had one of the small bungalows and it was big enough and made from stylish wood with a little cosy terrace. The bathroom was big, the shower had a good pressure and really hot water. To the beach it's just a two minutes walk. The family who runs the place is so helpful and always friendly.

We felt like home there, all the staf members were so friendly and helpful all the time. Everyday we only eat there at restaurant because food was just so amazing, well done and healthy! We are thankful that they manage early check on and late check out for us. Location is very good, close enough to busy street and far enough to relax. Beach is nice and clean. We definitely come back!
