AC was effective and facilities inside the room were of high quality. Breakfast was also of high standard south Indian quality and delicious. Instead of going down to Annapoorna restaurant for food, it is better to order room service if you want to avoid crowd. When my wife fell sick in the hotel room during the stay, the staff was extremely helpful in contacting the doctor in the nearby hospital who arranged for an ambulance immediately and a doctor came to the room and attended to my wife very quickly. Injections and medicines were also arranged promptly.

Breakfast at the Madras Pavilion was top notch too....... I have dined in Avarthana last year..this was my first stay...and i am definitely coming back again and hope to stay longer and enjoy the hotel and probably have a tour as i simply love the touch of culture and modernity added to it. Close to the airport hence perfect location for a transit as well whilst exploring the rest on India. Special mention to the staff who were very kind and Keerthiga who was constantly checking on us from pre-arrival rite up to departure.........that is something really thoughtful. TQ....and bravo!

Nishanth, the manager, was very helpful in ordering auto rickshaw and making sure our stay was comfortable. We can highly recommend this hotel.
