We liked everyrhing. The hotel was within walking distance to the centre. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were all friendly and helpful. During breakfast the staff catered gluten free food for me since I am coeliac.

We were able to use the facilities of Metropole Hotel which were amazing ( free breakfast on the balcony with the most amazing view , pool). Staff were beyond amazing and helpful. We loved everything about our stay. I would 100% recommend it and would come back here if ever I come back to Taormina.

We loved everyting, great breakfast, great beds, big room and everyting was new, the owner was very kind and helpful. We will come back next year, definitly we recomend this accomodation. It is situated 4.9 km from Taormina Cable Car - Mazzaro Station and features luggage storage space. The aparthotel has family rooms. One day before check in the stuff sent detailed information about necessary codes and self check in. My few extra requests were met without any extra charge. Cool wine with a greeting note waited for us upon arrival. Very clean - cleaning ladies cleaned the apartment every day. Extra bonus was the privat pool and pool bar with a friendly and attentive bartender. We had apartment B1 with a fabulous terrace and sea view. The apartment had an additional veranda on the other side of the building with a dining table and stools. The residence is well maintained. The railway in front of the house did not prevent convenient access to the beach, as there was a tunnel under the railway. The beach and cafes are very close. The private parking is also bonus. We had a rented car but local city buses are also very convenient to use for visiting Taormina where parking a car may be issue due to busy traffic. We spent a lovely week with our family at Villa Don Antonio and would come again.

A recently renovated property, Taormina charming rooms is situated in Taormina near Taormina Cable Car - Upper Station, Taormina Cathedral. It is set 5.4 km from Isola Bella and features luggage storage space. The property offers soundproof units and is located 2.2 km from Villagonia Beach. It's been a month since I stayed at this location but hadn't found time to write this review. What can I say .... 100%+++ recommended! From the host, to the room ... very nicely decorated and comfy. We arrived late afternoon at Catania Airport and due to missing the bus to Taormina, thus having to wait an hour and heavy traffic on the way, we arrived a few hours later then planned. But Nando, the host patiently waited for us at the bus terminal in Taormina and drove us to the B&B. The B&B only has 2 rooms in a quiet residential alley, 5 min walk from Porta Catania. The silence and peacefullness in the room is something I'm missing the most. Beautifully decorated, comfy bed and a large shower room ... simple breakfast in the morning, in the room, therefore no need to hurry up. Ah ... and we were also gifted a bottle of Spumante on arrival, nice gesture. I definitely recommend this B&B and you won't be disappointed. As for the host, Nando, we hope to see you again soon. [By the way, he again drove us back to the bus terminal when we were leaving ... at no extra cost]
