They even helped me to carry my luggage to the room since I went to the hotel early at 6am before the check in time. I went out for a walk and only manage to come back to the hotel to check in at 8 pm...before I realized it they had helped to sent all the luggage to the room. Excellent service

We loved the views from the room and shared spaces as the house is next to the forest. Akira is an awesome host. Even though we stayed here during green (and rainy) season, he gave us lots of recommendations of things to do around the area. He speaks English fluently so communication was very easy. Can’t recommend enough!

Everything is so clean and well kept, the staff is so friendly, welcoming and helpful and there is a wonderful sense of community among those staying there. The beds were also some of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced at an accommodation.

They met us at the train station and catered for our every need. In particular one of our group had an accident and needed medical attention. They called the ambulance and accompanied her to hospital, followed by her husband and the rest of the party in the car. We had food in the restaurant on the first night, also highly recommended. Faultless in a word, they couldn’t have done more
