The food is excellent and always freshly prepared. They made sure that there was always a gluten-free alternative for me. Even in the mornings, there was delicious, gluten-free, homemade bread. You can tell that Lindsay and Eirik have put so much heart into this place. They create a space to connect with others (if you want to). The vibe is unique. We didn't feel like guests, but rather like part of a community. PS: the dogs are amazing. We wanted to steal one, but it didn’t work 😄

We were warmly received, it seemed like the entire village of Mkwiro came to meet us, it was fantastic! Everything about this place was magical! Asma made us the most beautiful and delicious meals, we are so grateful! For a small fee she took care of catering for us. Jenga (caretaker) is the kindest most helpful man, he dedicated himself to making sure our stay was as comfortable as could be. George (security) was always on board to make us feel safe in the evenings!
