The beauty of the place, the garden and plants, the cleanliness, the food made with love from natural veggies and fruits, the beautiful rooms decorated with such good taste, and last but not least, the adorable owners. Beautiful quiet location with a lovely garden. Spotlessly clean, center of town only 1-2 km away and easily accessible by walk, bicycle or motorcycle. The rooms have a lovely veranda where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast. Laundry service was the best and fastest we'd ever experienced. Eugene and his family are so lovely and warm-hearted hosts that we decided to return to this little paradise on our way back from the islands. Thanks for a perfect stay!

David was an extremely kind and helpful host. The place is absolutely stunning and perfect if you want some peace and calm amidst nature. It's close to a beautiful hike to a waterfall too.

Seagull Guesthouse was a fantastic place to stay only a 10-minute walk along the river to the main shops. The staff were helpful, the breakfast (eggs or museli) was delicious, and the place was exceptionally clean. We were even able to rent a scooter from them. I would highly recommend staying here!

German restaurant was great for breakfast. About 1.5 km walk into the centre of town, but easy to get remorque or tuk-tuk via Passapp app for a very reasonable price. Host has very reasonable & good motorcycle scooters for hire too.

From the very first moment you walk in you are greeted warmly and offered a delicious drink. The rooms are extremely well appointed, spacious, clean and vibrant with art deco furnishings. The exterior private deck is an excellent place to chill, the wonderful foyer with its greenery below is beautiful and serene. The breakfast is simply outstanding with a combination of both khmer and Western dishes. All the options are fantastic, coffee in the french press is superb and also accompanied by fresh orange juice. Their greatest asset may be the owners and the Khmer staff. They were so helpful, joyous and very professional. We enjoyed all our interactions with staff and the hospitlity shown was 10/10. We have been travelling through Asia for 6 week's and this was undoubtedly our favourite stay. Also a huge shoutout to Nina and Simone, the 2 gorgeous resident cats. This property is a real gem in Kampot, but book early as it's very small and boutique with only 8 rooms. We wish the owners and staff all the best, we hope to come back.
