When visiting Siem Reap, look no further than the Koulen Central Hotel. We spent 4 nights here and loved every minute! The rooms are large and spacious with comfortable beds, lovely showers and all the amenities you need (Netflix, robes, fridge, desk, room service). They have a terrific and HUGE gym with a separate spa and sauna for males/females. They also have a onsite spa with well priced massages and treatments. The pool is INCREDIBLE with plenty of seating options and space to enjoy the facilities. The pool is also right next to the bar/restaurant which is perfect for poolside cocktails. The free breakfast was one of the best we had ever experienced! So many eastern and western options to satisfy everyone including good coffee and even a chef at an omelette station AND a noodle station. One of our favourite things was the AMAZING staff. Every time we walked by they greeted us and asked about our days or if we needed any assistance. They were so friendly, helpful and personable. They were extremely helpful in booking tours for us and directing us to get to nearby attractions. A big thanks to Bossba and Pheara who were especially helpful. This hotel will make your time in Siem Reap even more memorable. We will definitely be back!

I don’t have enough words to express how amazing our stay was, especially because of the lovely staff. We planned to stay for 4 days but ended up staying for 6. The bed was super comfortable and we slept so well. Breakfast offered plenty of delicious choices, and the hotel restaurant served excellent food. Cocktails during happy hour were a highlight, and afternoon tea with different local desserts each day was such a thoughtful touch. We loved the tree planting activity. We planted a cannonball tree and we are already planning to come back in a few years to see it grown! The in-room massage was incredibly relaxing. And all of that would already make for a wonderful stay, but the staff truly made it unforgettable. So warm, kind, and proud of their work. It didn’t feel like they were just employees, it felt like they were truly a family, and we were welcomed into it. It filled my heart. This place is a gem, we felt cared for, relaxed, and connected. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and see you again soon!

Superb rooms, wonderful and clean swimming pool. The hotel is very close to the city center and most oft the restaurants, still our room was quiet and peaceful. Mr. Pich and his staff were very kind and always helped us, when we wanted to plan trips around the city. We left in the evening and could leave our luggage and even shower again.
