Located in a lush green and serene environment, Hotel Heladiv is located 6 km away from the SLAF Anuradhapura Airport. Free WiFi access is available. Great property and so far the best value for money we found in Sri Lanka! The staff was super helpful and friendly, it really showed that they care about the property as well as their guests. Room was spacious and clean, public areas very well maintained. We also booked a tour through the reception, they arranged a great driver for a beter price then what we could find online!

I stayed in one of the budget rooms, which were surprisingly spacious, spotlessly clean, and quietly tucked away in the back garden; perfect for a calm night’s sleep. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was to die for. All home-cooked by the grandmother with so much love and flavour. The family was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help us: sharing honest tips about what to visit in Anuradhapura, organising a half-day safari, and arranging transport with fair prices. But what makes this place truly special is their story. They started with just one room about 10 years ago and gradually grew to eleven, without ever raising their prices for food or accommodation. Hands down, this was the best quality stay and food I had in Sri Lanka so far.

This beautiful place was so peaceful, the room was the most comfortable room we stayed in sri lanka, the breakfast was delicious and the room even had a tv with Netflix and other streaming service. The place was amazing!!!!

The staff was professional and attentive and made us feel very welcome. The whole resort was clean, spacious and beautifully designed. It's located in a small forest with butterflies, pheasants, a variety of wild birds and cute chickens. You can take a walk, play badminton, go to the nearby lake or visit the temples in anuradhapura or mihintale - it's very close. The hosts can arrange tours as well - we went to Anuradhapura with a guide and it was very fun and a fair price. Also the food: try the Sri Lankan breakfast it's delicious! We loved the tree house - it was so relaxing when it was rainy. They even offered room service. :) long story short - a must stay. Ps: please note that there is nature around. It's a tree house in a jungle-like forest. There are occasionally frogs and other visitors on your terrace. We loved it though.

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel. Jonti, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming—he even offered to bring me food from a restaurant when I arrived late and exhausted after a long journey. The place is very clean and has such good, laid-back vibes. The other guests staying there were also super friendly, and we ended up spending a lot of time together. It’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel relaxed and at home. Highly recommend!

Everything was new and it semelles amazing. The caretaker was very polite and cooked is incredible dinner. If you want to do the Safari, this place is perfect. We booked a Safari with getyourguide but you can also book directly with them.
