Kurumba Lodge is a wonderful place with an awesome family. From the first welcome drink until the last moment of GoodBye it was an unforgettable lifetime for us. The son Naditha and his parents supported us in nearly every aspect, we could image. Wether it was some technical problems with my camera or an unforgettable safari – in every moment, they were so helpful. The self made food, the drinks, everything tasted very well. The place of the lodge is also very nice. The terrace with a wide view, all the wildlife animals – for us as nature lovers and photographers – perfect. And by the way, the bed, the matress, the AC – we slept like in heaven. The hardest thing was to say goodbye, because it felt already like at home. We felt in love with these wonderful and heart warming people.

We went for a swim in the sea and strolled along the beach which was really clean.We had supper in the restaurant which was really good.

The host, Roshan, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We even got a free upgrade for our room. The room was very clean, mosquito-free and very fancy! The location was very quiet, in the middle of nature and still quite close to the national park, where we had a great day organized by them as well. They arranged breakfast and lunch for us during this trip and we got to share a jeep last minute with another couple so it was a bit cheaper. The jeep driver was very capable, a very good driver with a sharp eye. We saw 4 leopards, 3 bears and all possible kinds of birds during our full day safari. The food was exceptional, we got an entire buffet for breakfast and dinner so you could choose what to eat, ranging from soup to Sri Lankan main dish and homemade desserts. They were very animal-friendly, with ducks, dogs and cats running around freely on the premises. In short: wonderful experience, do not hesitate to book!

Agro Village Resort, Kalpitiya apresenta uma piscina exterior, jardim, um terraço e restaurante em Kalpitiya. The resort was so calm and surrounded by beautiful trees, a perfect place to relax your mind. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. They even provided free bicycles that guests could use, which made exploring the area enjoyable. I truly loved the hours I spent at this resort. It’s worth more than the money I paid

Kitelantis provides lagoon front accommodation in Kalpitiya. Among the various facilities of this property are a water sports facilities and an outdoor swimming pool. Great friendly staff, food was brilliant value for money especially for evening meal, the rooms were something out of this world though. From the outside bathrooms, to big comfy bed. The peace and tranquility of this place was amazing and we are going back to celebrate my friends birthday in a few months
