I’d describe our stay as value for money. We didn’t pay much for two nights but we got sweet staff, great breakfast, a nice swimming pool and a good and modern treadmill which I appreciated a lot. The hotel contacted us before arriving and arranged a full day of safari for us. We (my girlfriend and I) got picked up by Channa at 4.30 am and had one of the best days of our lives. We saw three leopards fighting and playing and our driver Channa was so good and found the leopards in the early morning. He had 18 years of experience and I hope everyone else gets the chance to go safari at Yala National Park with Channa

Yakaduru Yala is located on the buffer Zone of Yala National Park. It's just 5 minutes away from the Yala National Park Entrance. Unique concept and very beautiful nature and people to look after. Everyone very attentive and they inform you well in advance about what you might encounter. If you’re a creature of comfort you may not enjoy the night sounds but that’s exactly the reason why we booked: to experience the nature in its wonder. We are grateful to Amal and Hasitha for their attentiveness with our daughter and their hard work they out to make it special for every guest.

They arranged the Our Safari tour it was marvelous .we really enjoyed here. our driver was really good and knowledgeable person. we think he do his best. we saw 3 leopard and lot of animals . highly recomended

Spacious rooms, great balcony, clean and warm pool. The owner is a great cook! Breakfasts and dinners were really good. The hotel is new and clean. Considering that there are almost no shops and no evening life in Kirinda, it is very (very!) important to select a good hotel to have access to good food and some entertainment - pool and good chat. This hotel can offer you this.

We spent two nights of our honeymoon at Art Yala, and everything was perfect. The property is stunning, with beautiful lake views, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. We enjoyed every moment of our time there. Madu also organized an amazing safari experience for us. Highly recommend this place, and we can't wait to return soon!

I will give this a 10/10 out of how much the owner provided for me. The view outside is amazing, just in front of the lake. So peaceful! So the room was okay. But the best thing for me was that the owner provided me a free tour around the place, watching sunset, crocodiles, bats and owls. He also took me to the atm, supermarket, and picked me up from the bus when arriving. Everything for free. And I can also recommend going with the safari that he is providing. That guide was also amazing, experienced, and affordable.

Words cannot really express how kind and accommodating Nalin and his family were. They did so much beyond expectations to make our stay perfect. We had to stay an extra day due to sickness and from getting medication from the pharmacy, arranging everything we needed no matter what and just generally being very interesting and keen to learn about other cultures in a completely comfortable and non intrusive manner it was superb. Been to Sri Lanka many times and mat so many kind Sri Lankans but Nalin clearly stands out. The rooms were spotless, no smell of damp (which can happen due to humidity in some places), we had the room of AC which was lovely, but a family member had a non ac room which was comfortable with the fans provided. Food was superb and they will arrange ahead of any dietary requirements. It was an honour to stay there and have the please of such good hospitality. I can see why this is 10/10 and 5* on Google! Also ask ahead about Safari and what animals you want to see and the type of trip you want because Yalla can be quite hectic and Nalin will help a lot. We arranged a tour beforehand which was good but it would have been better to have had some local knowledge prior to this as the Safari was quite hectic.

This place was incredible. the staff, the owner, the attention to your needs, and all of the help with booking your activities in the park. It was seamless. we had such a good stay! It really feels like you are out there. It is worth the little extra you spend to be so close to the park and have a full service camping experience. We cannot thank you enough!

We loved the accommodation, with a beautiful terrace at the front overlooking nature and the sunset. The owner was helpful in arranging a safari and for advising restaurants in the neighbourhood for take away (so we could it with the beautiful view). The sanitaire was clean.
