The riad was very cosy, especially the terrasse with the great view over the city. Khalid was an amazing host, kind and easily reachable. Delicious breakfast on the terrasse in the sun. We definitely recommened this place!

The customer service was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. They were able to get some medicine delivered for my wife after hours. They helped my wife get a birthday cake and decorate our room to surprise me for my birthday. Issam, Mahmoud and Mohamed provided the best customer service possible, they were impressive. We had a great experience because of them. We highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed. Also the great breakfast served in our room was very romantic.

يتمتع مكان إقامة "Iguana Azul" بموقع جيد في حي Old Town في شفشاون حيث يبعد مسافة 300 م عن Kasba، و300 م عن Outa El Hammam Square، و900 م عن Mohammed 5 Square. What a great find! A newly renovated Riad with modern facilities, but an authentic character, right in the heart of the Medina. The bed was comfortable with good quality linen and we liked the decorative touches. There are lovely places to sit and relax including the rooftop.The staff was welcoming, communicated effectively and went far and beyond to assist us. We appreciated their friendliness, kindness and approachable manner. Special thanks to Jabir who helped solve a difficult situation.

Rooftop is a great asset but it needs to be improved a little , a big thanks also to the team that works there
