The staff were incredible, especially Mr Soe Moe who went above and beyond to ensure that I had a beautiful breakfast to eat every morning as I have allergies that prevent me from eating at the breakfast buffet (which my friends said was amazing!) We got massages and rented an e-bike through them as well, which were great. I can’t recommend this property enough!! The view from the roof is beautiful.

El Royal Pearl Hotel está a solo 5 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Mandalay y ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado. Hay conexión Wi-Fi gratuita en todas las instalaciones. Hotel sucio, habitaciones antiguas y viejas con mal olor. Estan haciendo una obra al lado y el hotel está lleno de polvo. El desayuno te lo sirven en la habitación porque el restaurante de la azotea no está disponible. Por la situación del país sólo hay 3 hoteles en booking pero hay muchos otros hoteles disponibles en otros buscadores de la competencia. Estuvimos 1 noche en esta porquería de hotel y nos marchamos a otro hotel mejor, pagando un poco más. Recomiendo el Mandalay Lodge hotel por ubicación y calidad del establecimiento.

Everything - the most friendly and welcoming staff I have ever met. The food is excellent and everyone from reception to restaurant takes great care of customers. They upgraded my room for free. Situated in Old Bagan. Most places are very easy to reach. Will certainly come again.
