Our favourite place during our Mexico trip! We arrived at the hotel and were told that our reservation through Booking.com had not made it onto their system despite us having a confirmation email and the booking showing in the app. Jose was a star, ensuring we had a room. It was perfect. A great size, clean, sea view. I had the best nights sleep and a hot powerful shower. The breakfast buffet was also delightful. It had every option you could possibly wish for with a chefs station where you could request, eggs, omelettes etc. The team really could not do enough to help us. I’d 100% recommend and wish we were staying here for the remainder of our trip.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn was excellent! We were treated so well by all of the staff! We were upgraded to a suite at no additional charge. What an amazing ocean view! You couldn’t ask for a better view! The day we checked out they also let us stay a few hours past check out time. Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
