Everything! Such a lovely place, done with a lot of style in line with the local traditions and such friendly and helpful stuff. Really nice breakfast at the patio was a plus. They then also gave us good recommendations for local spots too. The next morning while checking out we had requested breakfast to go, which they had ready for us.

On our first trip, we stayed at a place for twice the price with half the comfort. We were elated to find Casa Equinox far exceeded expectations! Our room had icy cold AC, perfectly clean bedding and bathroom, a lovely rain shower, and the comfiest bed we slept in during our whole Mexico trip. They also stocked the room with thoughtful touches like toiletries, blow dryer, iron, extra blankets, and even a Nespresso machine with pods! The balcony was a perfect place to drink our morning coffee and enjoy the fresh air before it got too hot out. The quiet neighborhood was the cherry on top. I cannot say enough good things, and we will DEFINITELY rebook if/when we are back in Mérida!

This is one of the most charming Airbnbs I have visited. I Have traveled in Asia, North Am, and Europe, but this Airbnb was different. It was beautiful beyond words. When I entered it from the street, it felt like I walked into a universe of art, heritage and warmth. I also met some interesting travellers like art historians etc. Highly recommended when visiting Merida. Also staff is polite, courteous and responsible.
