The kitchen was well equipped and we made dinner (there were four of us staying in the two cabins) and foraged for mushrooms and berries at the hosts encouragement and guidance. We also utilized the breakfast items and our leftovers to make omelettes in the morning before we left. We used the amazing sauna and small pond on the property in the evening. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were great and the sunrise was unbelievable. The mirrored cabins are not to be missed. We spent a LOT of time taking photos!

The spa is definitely worth the extra money, it was lovely to sit in the hot tub after a day of hiking or walking. The family has put a lot of thought and effort into making our stay as comfortable as possible and we appreciate everything they did. So all in all fantastic places we look forward to visiting again next time we are in Norway.
