Raj organised some great walking, canoe and jeep safaris these where well priced and thoroughly organised - some of the best we have ever had. The hotel staff where very attentive, proactive, friendly and nothing was too difficult. Highly recommended this hotel.

I felt so peaceful and relaxed at this place. they have great food options, lots of nice places to sit and watch the river and an adorable puppy. The owners are so lovely too and always happy to help. I booked the jungle walk and the guides they use were super professional and friendly.

Great location close to bars and restaurants (2 minute walk). The food they make at the property is also great. The rooms are comfortable with a nice garden outside the bungalows to relax in. We booked a half day trek and half day jeep tour of the park through the hotel, they sorted everything for us (meals, guides, park tickets). We enjoyed it so much we ended up doing a 2.5 day trek to Modi village. The guides who work with the hotel were excellent, really knowledgeable about the wildlife and great company on the treks.

I stayed 3 nights with my friend and we had a great time here. The owner lady of Tara guest house is very friendly and caring for her guests, she made us feel welcome and safe here. Its a simple room at the homestay but all what you need for few days safari. Free WiFi also.

The best place, in a quiet area with a beautiful view and very close to the Main Street. Clean and specious room with good shower and fan. Prakash and his family are very nice, kind and sweet. I really enjoyed my stay with the. Helped me to organize my full day safari for a good price. I had Surendra and Samer as my morning guides during the walking safari and they are absolutely the best. We even saw a leopard which is extremely rare. I would highly recommend to do the tour with them. I also did the jeep safari in the afternoon, which allowed me to see more of the park and enjoy more of the marine life that this beautiful place has to offer.

If you want to have a true experience of the Chitwan National Park with the best local guide who is passionate about the jungle and has a ton of knowledge about the wildlife, then this is the best place for you! Bishnu (the owner of the lodge and guide) is truly amazing! He started answering any questions I had even before I arrived at the area. His wife and his kids are truly adorable and they made me feel like being at home. I went with Bishnu in a half day jeep safari and a full day walking (and boat) safari, as well as some other activities like bird watching. Even if we were not lucky enough to see a tiger, we saw many rhinos, deers and monkeys! Bishnu knows every corner of the forest and he was explaining to us every detail and answering any questions we had. While other guides may show you only the basics without putting much effort, Bishnu is trying his best to find the best spots in the jungle so that the guests could have the greatest experience! One day of my 3 days stay, I was the only guest and Bishnu arranged extra activities especially for me so as not to get bored! Last but not least, the food was fresh and homemade, and it was the best food I had in Nepal! These 3 days full of adventure and great hospitality, was the best part of my trip in Nepal and makes me want to visit Nepal and Bishnu again in the future for sure!
