The location was perfect. It was only a 5min walk to Queen street and a 10 - 15 min walk to the Viaduct. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, always ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. The room itself as a great size and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic - especially enjoyed the different lighting options and rain shower. We were offered complimentary water every day and it was also a bonus that it's connected to the Sky Tower.

Guests can enjoy a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area. The staff - friendly and helpful. The view from our room of the Auckland waterfront was jaw-dropping. The sommelier in the bar was really helpful in making sure we got a wine that was exactly to our tastes. We were happy to find it was a short stroll to the Australian Maritime museum.
